The CMRHT – Crisis Home Treatment Team cover the entire Cornish population, just over 700,000 people. At any one time there might be 70 people that need daily support or more than every four days (My own – Personal care plan should be daily contact). At night there is one person covering both the East and West areas.

I have not been kept in the loop, I have met so many different members of staff now, I am still at risk from myself – I just want an update regarding my care, as the care received in Plymouth was encouraging, now im left to doing my own thing. Which isnt always a healthy choice.
Update – One Month On – 07/07/2026
It’s now been a month, and my medication remains unchanged. My self-harm urges have become worse, my mood is still very low, and I’m still no clearer on what is actually happening or what the plan is moving forward.
From my perspective, the mental health system continues to feel beyond broken. The latest ambulance left at 7:30am. The team are due to visit me today and have also said they will call me, which will be a first.
I was also offered a referral to the autism team and agreed to be open to that, but I still haven’t been contacted by anyone.
Overall, I feel as though very little has changed over the past month, despite my mental health continuing to deteriorate.
